Terms of Service | commissions

By making a payment for commission you confirm your full agreement with the Terms of Service

1. I draw/do not draw

I draw

- animals

- anthro

- monsters

- fantastic creatures

- original species

- robots

- weapon and armour

- natural landscapes

- urbanistic landscapes

- interior backgrounds

- complex clothes

I DO NOT draw

- any 18+ content and extreme fetishes

- characters which don't belong to customer (unless customer has the character's owner's permission). In the case of any claims from character's owner customer will take full responsibility.

- fan art: fan characters, backgrounds, clothes, armour and etc.

I reserve the right to refuse to draw any art.

2. Payment

Payment is via PayPal.

3. Refunds

Refunds depend on the amount of work performed. Refund cannot be required if work is fully performed.

4. Usage

Owner of the character is allowed to

- Post commissioned picture in personal pages with link to any my gallery or this site

- Print commissioned picture

- Crop or resize commissioned picture

and NOT allowed to

- Trace, modify, overlay, redraw commissioned picture, hire or ask other artists to do this without my permission. Cropping is allowed.

- Assign authorship or hide my authorship.

I am allowed to

reserve all rights to post the completed commission as example of my work to any site.

5. How to make an order. Order processing. Corrections.

1. Please mail to coyrin@hotmail.com Your mail should include:

-type of commission

-description of the picture you want to get

-deadline if your order is time sensitive

2. Receive the answer whether I can perform your commission or not;

3. I start to work only after full payment;

4. Wait several days and get the sketch. Tell me if corrections are needed;

5. You may ask for a WIP at any time;

6. Get the completed work (as a .png file). After the work is done I do corrections for free during 7 days. But that's only for correction of mistakes not crucial changes. After the 7 day period has elapsed I take payment for any correction, or I may refuse to do any correction.
